Cancellation Policy: We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations for any appointment/s lasting a minimum of 1 hr and 1/2. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service/s for the time listed.
No Shows: Will be charged 100% of the reserved service/s lasting a minimum of 1 hr and 1/2.
Gratuity: Cannot be included on debit/credit cards. Cash or check only.
Gift Cards/Certificates: Physical gift card/certificate must be present the day of the appointment.
Special Occasion: All special occasion appointments require a deposit of 50% of the service.
Chemical/Texture Services: All chemical/texture services (i.e. highlights, touch ups, relaxers) for example, require a consultation appointment prior to receiving the chemical/texture services. The consultation appointment is approximately 15 minutes and is free of charge. The purpose of the consultation is so the stylist can get to know the length/texture of your hair, get a clear picture of what you are looking for, give you the amount of time needed to reserve the appointment, and quote the price accordingly. The consultation does not guarantee same day service. The chemical/texture service, under no circumstance, can be booked until the consultation appointment has been completed.
Children and Spa: We love children, some of us even have a few of our own! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your spa appointment. Many guests look forward to being "pampered" at our spa and we do our very best to provide that environment for all of our guests. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding in return.
